Background practice 3

One of things I’ve realized about my art is that I usually divide the characters and the backgrounds. The end result is that one takes away from the other or they clash very heavily. This was part of an exercise to remedy that. There are two more and a compilation. With this one (well, all of them, really), I wanted to put the focus on the character. I like to believe I did. I did, right? Please say yes! Hopefully this works better than my previous efforts.
